As a general contractor with extensive experience in construction of reverse osmosis, water treatment, wastewater treatment, water reclamation facilities and associated pipelines. Our team has significant experience in the field and our firm’s principals have several years of combined experience. Cardinal has more than 25 years of successful experience in all disciplines relating to water, wastewater and reclamation facilities. Cardinal is a continuum of design and construction professionals with a common dedication to excellence. Customer usage, standard of care, resource allocation, time, cost, scope and quality management also rank among the special focuses of the company. Cardinal’s construction plan includes construction work with its own forces of approximately 75% of the plant scope including civil, structural and mechanical disciplines.

With an emphasis on large civil construction, structural and mechanical phases, Cardinal specializes in the multifaceted construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities. Assuming all aspects of construction of water and wastewater treatment facilities from pre-construction to subcontractor selection through final delivery, we have successfully completed hundreds of treatment plant projects from across the southeast. It’s reassuring to know that once construction begins, your project has a full time supervision team that will monitor the work and report to the owner, essentially assuming all project administrative tasks of the traditional general contractor.

There is No Substitute for Proper Planning

The preconstruction management phase of a project is as critical as the construction itself. It begins with interaction between the owner, engineer, consultants, general contractor and subcontractors--from schematic design through final working drawings. Our preconstruction services provide clients an early analysis of the effects materials, equipment systems, techniques and schedules will have on project time and cost. This ensures that our clients receive timely and accurate estimates and scheduling input during the design phase to ensure that all project objectives are met. Achievement-Driven to:
